Since opening our doors on December 1st, 1981, Little Rascals has been committed to providing exceptional daycare and preschool services to families across the North Shore. Now, 43 years later, we are proud to have created a loving, enriching, and trusted environment where children thrive and parents have peace of mind.

Our Facility
Little Rascals operates a state-of-the-art childcare facility in Upper Lonsdale, North Vancouver,featuring three dedicated classrooms designed for early childhood education and development.
As an award-winning childcare center, Little Rascals has a rich history and a deep commitment to quality care. In 2003, we proudly partnered with the Delbrook Partnership for Quality Childcare Association, a non-profit parent group, to build our 5,000 sq. ft. childcare facility with the support of municipal and provincial governments.
Designed with a healthy environment philosophy, our facility features spacious, naturally lit indoor areas and an outdoor space, offering a safe, engaging, and beautiful environment for children to learn and play. Our facility provides care for children ages 3 to 10, ensuring a nurturing and enriching experience for every child in our program.
A Dream Built with Love
Little Rascals began as a dream—one that Sigrid Lightfoot brought to life in December 1981. Since then, over 5,000 children have passed through the doors of our daycare centers. Some of our former “Rascals” have even returned years later to enroll their own children, continuing our legacy of care and community.
